Nuestra Graduación 2023
Welcome to the 2023 Nuestra Graduación ceremony hosted by El Centro Chicano y Latino, we are excited to have you join us in celebrating your graduation! Please be sure to review the information below to make the most of this special day as there will be much happening around campus.
This year we have a record number of registered graduates and space at Stanford Memorial Church will be extremely limited. All graduates will be issued 2 guest tickets for guests to enter the church. These are Gallery/Balcony seats accessible via stairwell only. All other guests will be ushered to an overflow area or invited to watch the live-stream of the ceremony on our YouTube channel.
Estimados familiares e invitados, bienvenidos a nuestra Graduación 2023 patrocinada por El Centro Chicano y Latino. Nos da mucha alegría que nos acompañen y para asegurarnos que tengan toda la información que requieren para atender, pedimos que revisen la información debajo.
Este año tuvimos un asombrante número de estudiantes registrados para participar en la ceremonia. Por esto, cada graduado recibirá 2 boletos de entrada para familiares o invitados. Estos boletos serán para asientos en el segundo nivel de la iglesia accesibles al subir un par de escalones. Visitantes sin boletos serán invitados a una sala de televisión donde el programa será transmitido en vivo. Además, la ceremonia será transmitida en vivo en el canal de Youtube de El Centro Chicano y Latino.

GUEST CAPACITY (Capacidad de Alojamiento)
Each student attending the ceremony will walk in and exit the ceremony with 1 or 2 companions. If accompanying guests need accommodations they must email jvelasq3@stanford.edu immediately. In addition to these companion(s) each student will only receive 2 balcony seat tickets for extra guests. Which means they must be able to go up the stairs (because there is no elevator accessible in Memorial Church). As Centro we understand our families are vast and we want to celebrate with everyone, that is why we will be providing a live stream of the ceremony as well as an overflow room.
Guests with tickets will be allowed to enter the venue at 1:30pm (PT) through either side of the Memorial Church’s two side entrances (see below);
Any guests without a Nuestra Grad Ticket will be asked to proceed to the overflow area that will be screening a live-stream of the Nuestra Grad Ceremony.
Cada alumno que asista a la ceremonia entrará y saldrá con 1 o 2 acompañantes. Si los acompañantes necesitan alojamiento, deben enviar un correo electrónico a jvelasq3@stanford.edu de inmediato. Además de estos acompañantes, cada estudiante sólo recibirá de 1 a 2 boletos de asiento en el balcón para invitados adicionales. Lo que significa que deben poder subir las escaleras (porque no hay elevador accesible en Memorial Church). En El Centro entendemos que nuestras familias son grandes y queremos celebrar con todos, es por eso que brindaremos una fiesta para ver la ceremonia transmitida en vivo y estrenada en vivo de una sala de clase cercas de Memorial Church.

Restrooms (Baños)
Restrooms are located outside of Memorial Church with the Women’s Restroom West of the building (behing building 60) and the Men’s Restrooms are located East of the building (behind building 40).
Disabilty Accessible and Non-Binary Restrooms can be found outside the building (West) by Braun Corner/Building 320. (Building 550, 416 Escondido Rd, Stanford, CA 94305)
Baños estan localizados afuera de la iglesia con el baño de mujeres al oeste del edificio (detras del building 60) y el de hombres al este del edificio (detras del building 40).

COVID SAFETY (Información sobre COVID)
Stanford University and El Centro Chicano y Latino HIGHLY RECOMMEND the use of face masks/coverings while attending Nuestra Grad and in high-density settings such as the Nuestra Grad Reception. Seating at Stanford Memorial Church will be tight as we anticipate a full house and all guests will be in close proximity to one another.

La Universidad de Stanford y El Centro Chicano y Latino RECOMENDÁ el uso de las mascarillas y cubrebocas cuando estamos atendiendo nuestra Graduación y en áreas con alta población. Asientos en la iglesia serán atestados con muchos visitantes atendiendo la ceremonia y mínimo espacio disponible entre los asientos.

Guests with limited mobility or other assistive needs can be dropped-off near Stanford Memorial Church on Palm Drive (20 Palm Dr, Stanford, CA 94305).
Limited parking for guests with state-issued or temporary Stanford-issued disabled parking permits is available along Palm Circle Drive (20 Palm Dr, Stanford, CA 94305) or Museum Way Parking lot (328 Lomita Dr, Stanford, CA 94305).
